Akgma Kids Club was launched on 28th June 2018, which exclusively aims at nurturing the holistic talent of Akgma kids. Kids Club is categorized into 3, based on age groups and each group is headed by a mentor. The 3 groups are Super Kids(4 yrs- 7 Yrs), Strikers(8yrs-11 yrs) and Challengers(12 yrs-15yrs).
We have around 100 kids who are registered in different groups of Kids Club. We mainly aim to develop the creative and holistic talents in kids and also introduce them to different unexplored areas. We have conducted many workshops and interactive sessions which were informative and created a new enthusiasm in our budding talents.
Akgma Kids Club is also conducting Malayalam mission classes, a program introduced by Kerala government in order to give kids an opportunity to learn their mother tongue even when they are away from their motherland. The classes are conducted by our members who are trained by the Malayalam mission and are well equipped to teach our kids.
Akgma Kids Club has organized different cultural programs, interactive Sessions with prominent personalities, Art workshops, and also various competitions for our kids.
One of our most prestigious programs was the Akgma Youth festival which we conducted in 2 consecutive years 2018 & 2019. We as a team tried to recreate the same experience of our school youth festival back in our hometown. We had more than 125 participants for the onstage and offstage events conducted over a course of 3 days.
We usually organize a summer camp for our kids during the months July -August were our members interact with our kids and share their talent with our little ones.
